Als Storing- en Onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van het technisch team binnen een hoogtechnologische farmaceutische productieomgeving. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor de betrouwbaarheid, beschikbaarheid en optimale werking van productie-installaties en nutsvoorzieningen op de site.

Je speelt een sleutelrol in het garanderen van de continuïteit van de Operations-afdeling door storingen snel en doeltreffend op te lossen, én door structurele verbeteringen door te voeren om herhaling te voorkomen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder meer:

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt technische storingen aan productie-installaties en nutsvoorzieningen (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch en automatisatie).
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen duurzaam geborgd worden via correctieve acties en documentatie.
  • Je voert preventief en predictief onderhoud uit en werkt actief mee aan de optimalisatie van onderhoudsplannen.
  • Je detecteert potentiële risico’s en denkt proactief mee over proces- en installatieverbeteringen om stilstanden te vermijden.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega-techniekers en productie om een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking te garanderen.
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde werken en bevindingen nauwkeurig (o.a. in onderhoudssystemen zoals SAP)

  • Je hebt affiniteit of interesse met de technische aspecten van farmaceutische productieprocessen
  • Je denkt oplossings- en klantgericht en biedt graag service aan anderen

Match jij met de gevraagde opleiding en ervaring?

  • Je behaalde een Technische opleiding Elektromechanica / Elektronica / Elektrische installatietechnieken / Mechanica
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur eerste ervaring binnen een onderhoudsdienst in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en automatisatie.
  • Je communiceert mondeling en schriftelijk vlot in Nederlands en hebt een degelijke kennis van Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Word en Excel; ervaring met SAP is een plus
