Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een technisch talent dat energie krijgt van het oplossen van storingen en het optimaliseren van machines? Wil je werken in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek, innovatie en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan? Dan is deze functie als storing- en onderhoudstechnieker bij Royal A-ware Zonhoven (Limelco) iets voor jou.

Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat de productie-installaties optimaal blijven draaien. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen beperk je stilstanden en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënt productieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen aan machines en installaties
  • Opsporen en analyseren van technische problemen op basis van meldingen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van technische aanpassingen, revisies en uitbreidingswerken
  • Kalibreren en afstellen van regelsystemen voor een optimale werking
  • Beheren van wisselstukken en technische materialen
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en een ordelijke werkplek
  • Samenwerken met productie om installaties maximaal beschikbaar te houden

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, mechanica, elektriciteit of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of elektromechanieker binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Mechanica en elektriciteit hebben weinig geheimen voor jou en je haalt energie uit het oplossen van technische storingen.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen, servosturingen en elektronische regelingen is een sterke troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, veiligheidsbewust en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je zal werken van maandag tot en met vrijdag, van 22:00 tot 06:00 uur (nachtploeg)
