Je krijgt hier de kans om juist de andere kant van het vak verder te leren - Werken binnen een Technische Dienst in een 3-ploegenrooster in Amsterdam Jij als Storingsdienstmonteur Productiebedrijf We zoeken een Storingsdienst- en onderhoudsmonteur. Ook wel genoemd Onderhoudsmonteur, Storingsmonteur of Allround Monteur Technische Dienst. Een productielijn valt stil. Dan wil je eerst weten waar het probleem werkelijk zit. Is het een sensor, de elektrische besturing of juist een mechanisch onderdeel? Als Storingsdienstmonteur analyseer je de storing, bepaal je de oorzaak en zorg je dat de installatie weer betrouwbaar kan draaien. Daarbij werk je niet uitsluitend elektrisch of mechanisch. Deze functie draait juist om de combinatie van beide vakgebieden. Je leest elektrische schema's, gebruikt meetapparatuur en krijgt te maken met PLC-besturingen. Aan de mechanische kant werk je aan machines en onderdelen en kom je hydrauliek en pneumatiek tegen. Je hoeft bij de start niet op beide gebieden even sterk te zijn. Heb je bijvoorbeeld vooral ervaring als elektromonteur, onderhoudsmonteur E of servicemonteur elektrotechniek? Dan kan dit een logische functie zijn om meer mechanische kennis op te bouwen. Kom je juist uit de mechanica, dan ligt de ontwikkeling meer richting elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek. Het doel is dat je storingen steeds breder kunt benaderen. Niet alleen een onderdeel vervangen, maar begrijpen waarom een installatie stilstaat en waar elektrisch en mechanisch elkaar raken. Samen met je...
