Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, van maandagochtend tot zaterdagochtend. Je dienst begint met een overdracht van collega’s. Daarna ga je de fabriek in. Een storing aan de verpakkingslijn, een inspectieronde of gepland onderhoud aan een vulmachine: jij pakt het op. Je werkt veel zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Tijdens de dagdienst kun je rekenen op extra ondersteuning van collega’s uit het maintenance team. Samen met negen gedreven collega’s—van storingsmonteurs tot een besturingstechnicus en maintenance engineer—zorg je ervoor dat de fabriek soepel blijft draaien. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een passend salaris in schaal 7 van de cao Zuivel; Een arbeidsmarkttoeslag van 10% volgens de cao Zuivel; Een toeslag voor storingsdiensten in het weekend volgens de cao Zuivel; Een ploegentoeslag van 20% volgens de cao Zuivel; Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 cent per km tot een maximum van 30 km; 8% vakantiegeld; 5% eindejaarsuitkering, vast volgens de cao Zuivel; 25 vakantiedagen per jaar met de mogelijkheid om 36 uur bij te kopen; Toegang tot het opleidingsplatform Goodhabitz; De mogelijkheid om verder door te groeien binnen Royal A-ware. Daarnaast krijg je korting via CZ, een goede pensioenregeling, een fietsplan en volop vrijheid om je werk zelf in te vullen. Functie-eisen Jij houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen. Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig te werken en weet goed te communiceren met collega’s uit de productie en techniek. Verder neem jij mee: Beschikt over mbo 3 of 4 werk- en denkniveau met een achtergrond in mechatronica, elektro of WTB; Brengt minimaal twee jaar ervaring mee; Begrip van besturingssystemen; Bezit NEN 3140 of wilt behalen; Je woont op maximaal 45 minuten rijden van de fabriek in Coevorden i.v.m. de storingsdiensten. zuivelfabriek op een bijzondere locatie: een voormalige boerderij. Hier worden elke dag verse zuivelproducten gemaakt, zoals karnemelk, yoghurt, kefir, slagroom en kookroom. Je komt terecht bij een internationaal familiebedrijf met ruim 3.000 collega’s. Korte lijnen, snel schakelen en elkaar helpen staan centraal. Dat merk je meteen in je team: iedereen zet zich voor elkaar in, werkt hard en er is altijd ruimte voor humor. Eén keer per jaar is er een teamuitje en als het lukt plannen jullie er gewoon nog één.
