The posting

Als storingsmonteur ben jij de technische spil van de productie. Tijdens jouw dienst los je mechanische, pneumatische en elektrotechnische storingen veilig en efficiënt op. Daarnaast voer je onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties en denk je actief mee over verbeteringen om storingen in de toekomst te voorkomen.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst:

• 05.30 tot 15.00 uur;

• 14.30 tot 24.00 uur.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan productielijnen;

• Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties;

• Verrichten van noodreparaties om stilstand te beperken;

• Ombouwen, afstellen en inregelen van productiemachines;

• Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen;

• Samenwerken met collega's van de technische dienst om de productie optimaal te laten draaien.

Functie-eisen: - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding richting werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of autotechniek;

• Ervaring als monteur of servicemonteur is mooi meegenomen, maar enthousiaste starters met technisch inzicht zijn ook welkom;

• Je kunt technische schema's lezen en storingen systematisch analyseren;

• Je blijft rustig onder druk en vindt het leuk om technische uitdagingen op te lossen.
