Intro Ben jij een zelfstandige storingsmonteur met een passie voor rotating equipment, zwaar mechanisch werk en het oplossen van complexe storingen? In de regio Rotterdam draait een geavanceerde productielocatie 24/7 door middel van moderne, high tech machines. Om deze optimaal en veilig te laten draaien, zoeken wij een ervaren storingsmonteur die binnen een 5 ploegendienst zijn kennis kan inzetten én verder wil ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Als storingsmonteur ben jij degene die de fabriek draaiende houdt. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen jouw ploeg en hebt een sleutelrol in het continu verbeteren van het machinepark. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Operationeel houden van het volledige machinepark - Oplossen van complexe storingen (mechanisch, elektrisch en besturingstechnisch) - Werken met rotating equipment, zoals lagers, cilinders en andere zwaar mechanische componenten - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud - Achterhalen van de root cause en het doen van verbetervoorstellen

Functie eisen Je staat technisch stevig in je schoenen en je kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende: - Minimaal MBO 3 richting werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar - Ervaring als storingsmonteur of onderhoudsmonteur - Technische kennis van o.a. rotating equipment, hydrauliek en pneumatiek - Kennis van besturingstechniek/PLC's of de interesse dit te leren - Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands (en bij voorkeur Engels) - Je wilt een échte allrounder worden binnen je vakgebied

Voorwaarden Voor jouw inzet kan je het volgende terug verwachten: - Een aantrekkelijk salaris van € 4.950 tot € 6.350 bruto per maand (incl. ploegentoeslag - 13e maand + 8% vakantiegel - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarde - Ruimte voor groei: opleidingen, cursussen en interne
