Op maandag start je de week met een kop koffie en kijk je wat er speelt. Welke storingen zijn er binnengekomen en wat heeft prioriteit? Je pakt de eerste meldingen op en probeert die op afstand op te lossen. Lukt dat niet, dan plan je direct een afspraak in op locatie. Dinsdag en woensdag ben je onderweg naar klanten die een storing hebben gemeld. Je gaat langs om storingen op te lossen of systemen na te lopen. Je zoekt uit wat er aan de hand is en probeert dit te verhelpen en in de toekomst voorkomen. Indien nodig schakel je met de fabrikant om gezamenlijk het probleem te fixen. Donderdag is een flexibele dag. De ene keer ben je nog op locatie, de andere keer werk je op de zaak. Je helpt met het voorbereiden van installaties, zet orders klaar, update systemen of bouwt complete schermopstellingen op. Soms zet je bijvoorbeeld 20 schermen klaar op een onderstel voor een nieuwe installatie. Vrijdag rond je de laatste werkzaamheden af. Je zorgt dat alles weer netjes staat, helpt waar nodig in het magazijn en pakt soms nog een laatste storing op. Tussendoor heb je contact met klanten en collega's en ben je telefonisch bereikbaar voor hulpvragen.
