Onderhouds-/Storingsmonteur ETD Sibelco is een wereldleider in materiaaloplossingen. Sibelco koopt, verwerkt en distribueert gespecialiseerde industriele mineralen – met name silica, klei veldspaat en olivijn – en is een leider in glasrecycling.

De oplossingen van Sibelco ondersteunen de vooruitgang van het moderne leven en bedienen diverse industrieën zoals glas, keramiek, constructie, coatings, polymeren en waterzuivering. De Sibelco-groep exploiteert productiesites in 30 landen, met een team van ongeveer 5000 mensen.

Locatie: Geertruidenberg

Voor de Technische Dienst van onze locatie te Geertruidenberg zoeken wij een servicegerichte en zelfstandige Onderhouds-/Storingsmonteur ETD.

De hoofdtaken voor deze functie zijn:

- Signaleren, lokaliseren en oplossen van storingen aan onze machines, technische installaties, gebouwen en utilities, eventueel met behulp van collega’s uit andere vakgebieden en/of derden;

- Verrichten van (preventief) onderhoud en inspecties, en het rapporteren van bevindingen;

- Het uitvoeren van noodreparaties;

- Het uitvoeren van meer omvangrijke reparaties op daartoe geplande tijden en op basis van voorbereide opdrachten;

- Het doen van voorstellen ter verbetering van technische situaties en het aanpassen van preventieve en bedieningsvoorschriften en onderhoudsplannen in overleg met de leidinggevende.

De werkzaamheden worden in dagdienst of in tweeploegendiensten uitgevoerd.

Je rapporteert aan de Maintenance Supervisor.

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste collega die:

- Beschikt over een relevante afgeronde MBO-opleiding, niveau 3 en/of 4, richting Elektrotechniek of mechatronica;

- In het bezit is van een heftruck- en VCA-certificaat, hoogwerkercertificaat is een pré;

- Bewust veilig werkt;

- Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke functie in een productieomgeving;

- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.
