Daarbij ga je verder dan alleen het verhelpen van storingen: je zoekt actief naar de oorzaak en denkt mee over structurele verbeteringen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Lokaliseren en oplossen van storingen in elektrotechnische en mechanische installaties; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan machines en productielijnen; - Analyseren van storingen en uitvoeren van root cause analyses; - Meedenken over technische verbeteringen aan installaties en processen; - Werken met onderhoudssystemen (zoals SAP PM of vergelijkbaar); - Ondersteunen en begeleiden van externe monteurs en contractors; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte overdracht naar productie na onderhoud of storingen. Wat wij vragen - MBO niveau 3 of 4 richting Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica; - Ervaring als storingsmonteur of onderhoudsmonteur in een industriële omgeving; - Kennis van elektrotechniek en/of mechanische techniek; - Affiniteit met procesautomatisering en besturingstechniek (PLC) is een pré; - Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of procesindustrie is een plus; - Je werkt oplossingsgericht en denkt in technische verbeteringen; - Bereidheid om consignatiediensten te draaien (indien van toepassing).
