Als allround technisch monteur via Techsharks werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de procesindustrie. Dankzij jouw kennis van onderhoud en storingen zorg je ervoor dat productieprocessen probleemloos blijven draaien. Hier ga jij harder van zwemmen Hier ga jij harder van zwemmen Jouw takenpakket als allround technisch monteur is breed en uitdagend: - Correctief & preventief onderhoud - Uitvoeren van geplande revisies en reparaties op zowel mechanisch als elektrotechnisch vlak. - Storingsdiagnose en -oplossing - Lokaliseren, analyseren en snel verhelpen van acute technische mankementen aan het machinepark. - Machine-inspecties - Periodiek controleren en testen van productielijnen om storingen proactief te voorkomen en de continuïteit te waarborgen. - Technische samenwerking - Nauw overleg voeren met operators, de productieleiding en je directe collega's van de technische dienst. - Procesoptimalisatie - Actief aandragen en realiseren van modificaties om de efficiëntie en veiligheid van installaties te verhogen. Hier herken jij jezelf in Dit neem jij mee als allround storingsmonteur / onderhoudsmonteur: - Minimaal MBO-niveau 3 of 4 - Een afgerond technisch diploma in de richting van Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde (WTB), Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare operationele opleiding. - Ervaringsniveau - Je hebt reeds ervaring opgedaan binnen een hightech productieomgeving of de procesindustrie, óf je bent een ambitieuze junior monteur die klaar is voor de volgende stap. - Brede vakkennis - Solide basis in mechanische techniek en elektra, bij voorkeur aangevuld met kennis van pneumatische systemen, hydraulische component...
