- Kampen - €4.000,- tot €4.800,- p.m. - Beton en keramisch - 2 ploegendienst Als storingsmonteur zorg jij ervoor dat de machines en installaties goed blijven draaien. Bij storingen ga je direct op zoek naar de oorzaak en zorg je ervoor dat het probleem zo snel mogelijk wordt opgelost. Je werkzaamheden zijn voornamelijk mechanisch, maar je krijgt ook te maken met elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek. Naast het oplossen van storingen houd je je bezig met onderhoud en het voorkomen van toekomstige problemen. Je werkt samen met een klein en ervaren team en denkt actief mee over hoe het productieproces zo soepel mogelijk kan blijven verlopen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst, afgewisseld met dagdiensten. Functieomschrijving Als storingsmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal laten functioneren van het machinepark. Je lost voornamelijk mechanische storingen op en voert onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit aan machines en installaties. Daarnaast denk je mee over het voorkomen van storingen en het verbeteren van de technische processen. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's binnen de technische dienst en zorgt ervoor dat de productie zo min mogelijk hinder ondervindt van technische problemen. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Het analyseren en oplossen van voornamelijk mechanische storingen aan machines en installaties. - Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Het signaleren en voorkomen van terugkerende storingen en technische problemen. - Het ondersteunen bij elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen. - Het samenwerken met collega's binnen de technische dienst om de productie optimaal te laten verlopen.
