Je komt terecht in een omgeving waarin teamwerk voorop staat. Waar we écht naar elkaar luisteren en je er nooit alleen voor staat. Binnen Bakkerij Holland zijn er volop technische uitdagingen, zodat jij kunt groeien in meerdere facetten. Als monteur bij Bakkerij Holland werk je dagelijks aan de meest innovatieve machines en installaties. Het kan bijvoorbeeld gebeuren dat één van de rijskasten, koeltorens of ovens een storing heeft of dat een inpaklijn niet meer helemaal goed loopt. Als zoiets gebeurt, krijg jij direct een seintje van de operators. Jouw doel? De oorzaak onderzoeken en de storing zo snel mogelijk verhelpen, zodat je collega's verder kunnen. Naast dat je storingen oplost, onderhoud je onze machines ook. Onze bakkerij heeft meerdere productielijnen die volledig geautomatiseerd zijn. Ons moderne en geavanceerde machinepark is heel veelzijdig omdat we continu uitbreiden en ontwikkelen. Daardoor krijg je als monteur méér dan voldoende uitdaging en heb je veel afwisseling. Waar ben je dagelijks zoal mee bezig? - Het verhelpen van technische storingen aan productiemachines. Jij zorgt samen met je collega's van onze Technische Dienst dat onze lijnen blijven draaien. In een productieomgeving is het belangrijk dat er snel geschakeld en gehandeld wordt. Onze operators rekenen op onze technische dienst wanneer de productie onder druk komt te staan door technische problemen. - Naast jouw werk als storingsmonteur zal je ook worden ingezet voor andere taken, zoals het preventief onderhoud en modificaties aan installaties/productielijnen.
