Jij zorgt dat machines en installaties snel weer draaien. Met jouw kennis van elektrotechniek spoor je storingen op, los je ze vakkundig op en voorkom je problemen. Zo maak jij iedere werkdag technisch verschil. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt als Storingsmonteur Elektrotechniek in dagdienst en bent verantwoordelijk voor het technisch betrouwbaar houden van verschillende machines, installaties en elektrische systemen. Zodra er een storing ontstaat, kom jij in actie om het probleem snel en zorgvuldig op te lossen. Je analyseert elektrische storingen, achterhaalt de oorzaak en voert de benodigde reparaties of aanpassingen uit. Hierbij werk je onder andere met elektrische componenten, besturingen en technische schema's. Na je werkzaamheden controleer je of de installatie weer veilig en correct functioneert. Naast het oplossen van acute storingen kijk je ook naar de langere termijn. Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen die storingen kunnen voorkomen en de betrouwbaarheid van de techniek vergroten. Je werkt grotendeels zelfstandig, maar hebt tegelijkertijd veel contact met operators, monteurs en andere collega's op de werkvloer. Zo combineer je storingsanalyse, elektrotechniek en praktisch probleemoplossend vermogen in een afwisselende technische functie. Jouw werkzaamheden - Lokaliseren en oplossen van elektrotechnische storingen aan machines en installaties; - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud; - Meten, testen en controleren van elektrische systemen en componenten; - Meedenken over verbeteringen om storingen in de toekomst te voorkomen; - Vastleggen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en technische bevindingen.
