Bewolkt - Vacature: Storingsmonteur Elektrotechniek Vacature Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij elektrotechnische storingen en speelt een sleutelrol in het voorkomen van stilstand. Daarnaast werk je mee aan het verbeteren van onze processen, met speciale aandacht voor oven- en droogprocessen. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden • Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van dagelijkse storingen aan machines en installaties. • Afstemmen met productie over prioriteiten, veiligheid en herstart van de lijn. • Inspecteren, beoordelen en onderhouden van de technische staat van machines en systemen. • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren en verbeterpunten signaleren. • Meedenken en bijdragen aan optimalisatie van oven en droogproces (processtabiliteit, efficiency, betrouwbaarheid). • Meedraaien in de storingsdienst. Dit breng jij mee Je bent technisch scherp, blijft rustig onder druk en werkt graag in een omgeving waar techniek en proces samenkomen. Wat we vragen • MBO 3/4 Elektrotechniek (of vergelijkbaar). • Kennis van besturingstechniek. • Ervaring met frequentieregelaars. • Affiniteit met werken in een procesindustrie-omgeving. • Goed ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen en een veilige, gestructureerde werkwijze. • Bereidheid om consignatiedienst te draaien. Pré's • Ervaring met PLC-besturing Siemens S7 en TIA Portal. • Interesse in of ervaring met bediening/optimalisatie van oven- en droogprocessen. Wie zijn wij?
