Een storing oplossen door alleen een onderdeel te vervangen? Daar houdt het hier niet op. Je krijgt juist de ruimte om uit te zoeken waarom een machine niet doet wat hij moet doen.

Je gaat werken bij een technische specialist in hoogwerkers en verreikers. De organisatie verkoopt machines, levert onderdelen en verzorgt onderhoud en reparaties. Dat doet het inmiddels al meer dan 30 jaar. Het assortiment bestaat uit ongeveer 200 verschillende machines en verschillende bekende merken. Denk aan Genie, Manitou, Versalift en Safelift.

Van compacte elektrische hoogwerkers tot grote telescoophoogwerkers en verreikers: technisch kom je hier behoorlijk wat tegen. De organisatie heeft gemiddeld zo’n 350 machines op voorraad. Daardoor staat er bijna altijd iets anders voor je neus.

Jouw werkplek staat in Heinenoord. Hier vind je een moderne en ruim uitgeruste werkplaats met collega’s die dezelfde technische taal spreken.

De functie

Dit ga je doen

Als Storingsmonteur Hoogwerkers & Verreikers krijg jij vooral de klussen waar technisch inzicht nodig is.

Er komt bijvoorbeeld een hoogwerker binnen met een storing die niet direct te vinden is. Jij begint niet zomaar onderdelen te wisselen. Je stelt een diagnose, maakt een plan en gaat gericht op zoek naar de oorzaak.

Daarbij kom je verschillende technieken tegen. Hydrauliek, elektronica en besturingssystemen lopen in deze machines voortdurend door elkaar.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Storingen analyseren en gericht oplossen

- Grote en kleine reparaties aan hoogwerkers en verreikers uitvoeren

- Een technische diagnose stellen en bepalen wat nodig is

- Reparaties
