Voor een opdrachtgever in Harderwijk zijn wij op zoek naar een vakkundige storingsmonteur met kennis van Siemens-besturingen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan moderne draai- en verspaningsmachines, met name DMG-machines. Dankzij jouw technische expertise zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces soepel blijft verlopen en stilstand tot een minimum wordt beperkt. Je werkt voornamelijk in ploegendienst. In uitzonderlijke gevallen is werken in dagdienst mogelijk, maar de voorkeur gaat uit naar kandidaten die bereid zijn om in ploegendienst te werken. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseren en verhelpen van technische storingen aan productiemachines - Werken aan draai- en verspaningsmachines, waaronder DMG-machines - Uitvoeren van diagnoses aan Siemens-besturingen - Uitvoeren van onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden - Voorkomen en minimaliseren van productiestilstand - Samenwerken met operators en technische collega's - Signaleren van technische verbeterpunten binnen het productieproces - Zorgen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving Wat vragen wij? - Aantoonbare ervaring als storingsmonteur binnen een industriële omgeving - Goede kennis van Siemens-besturingen - Ervaring met draai- en verspaningsmachines is een grote pré - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal of uitstekend Engels - Zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte instelling - Technisch inzicht...
