Als Storingsmonteur Productiemachines ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van storingen aan de complexe productiemachines in de verpakkingsindustrie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je technische kennis direct toepast om de continuïteit van het productieproces te waarborgen. Je diagnosticeert problemen, voert reparaties uit en implementeert preventieve maatregelen om toekomstige storingen te voorkomen. Je rapporteert aan de Technisch Manager en werkt nauw samen met productieleiders en operators. Als ervaren monteur fungeer je als vraagbaak voor collega's en deel je proactief je kennis om het technisch team te versterken. Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen deze functie zijn uitstekend: je kunt je ontwikkelen tot Senior Storingsmonteur, Specialist voor specifieke machinegroepen of zelfs doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende positie binnen de technische dienst. Je takenpakket bestaat uit: - Het zelfstandig opsporen en verhelpen van (complexe) storingen aan productiemachines; - Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens onderhoudsschema's; - Het adviseren over verbeteringen aan machines en productieprocessen; - Het registreren van storingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem; - Het bestellen en beheren van reserveonderdelen; - Het assisteren bij de implementatie van nieuwe machines en technologieën; - Het overdragen van kennis aan minder ervaren collega's.
