Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis worden stilstanden beperkt en blijft de productie veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen op zowel mechanisch als elektrotechnisch gebied en voert preventief onderhoud uit aan de installaties. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij revisies, modificaties en verbeterprojecten om de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark verder te vergroten. Je werkt met uiteenlopende technieken zoals elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, pneumatiek, hydrauliek, aandrijftechniek, pompen, transportinstallaties en PLC-gestuurde systemen. Je registreert jouw werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem en denkt actief mee over structurele verbeteringen aan de installaties. Wat wij vragen Jij bent een monteur die energie krijgt van het oplossen van technische storingen en graag werkt in een productieomgeving waar techniek centraal staat. Je bent analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: - Een afgeronde mbo 3- of mbo 4-opleiding richting Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring als Storingsmonteur, Onderhoudsmonteur of Monteur Technische Dienst binnen een productie- of procesomgeving. - Kennis van zowel mechanische als elektrotechnische installaties. ...
