Voor een toonaangevende producent binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren storingstechnieker. De organisatie staat bekend om haar kwalitatieve voedingsproducten en combineert een modern productieapparaat met een sterke focus op efficiëntie, veiligheid en continuïteit.

Binnen de productieomgeving speelt de technische dienst een cruciale rol in het draaiende houden van de installaties. Je komt terecht in een professioneel team waar technische kennis, zelfstandigheid en het snel oplossen van problemen sterk gewaardeerd worden.

De functie biedt bovendien heel wat ruimte om mee te denken over technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties. Werk jij graag zelfstandig aan gevarieerde technische uitdagingen en krijg je energie van een productieomgeving waar geen dag helemaal hetzelfde is?

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen aan diverse elektrische en mechanische productie-installaties
  • PLC-signalen en HMI-schermen interpreteren en technische problemen gericht lokaliseren met systemen van Siemens en Omron
  • Elektrische herstellingen uitvoeren aan onder meer servo’s, frequentieregelaars en 4-20mA-signalen
  • Mechanische revisies en pneumatische afstellingen uitvoeren aan machines en technische nutsvoorzieningen
  • Preventief onderhoud en technische verbeteringen uitvoeren, met sporadisch zaterdagwerk tijdens productiestilstanden
  • Diploma Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding en minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en automatisatie, waarbij ervaring met Siemens- en Omron-PLC’s een belangrijke troef is
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands, een nauwkeurige en veiligheidsbewuste werkhouding en de flexibiliteit om in te springen bij dringende technische problemen
