Wil jij mee zorgen dat een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving blijft draaien? Voor een gevestigde internationale producent in regio Eeklo zoeken we een storingstechnieker in 2 ploegen die graag technische problemen uitpluist, snel schakelt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Je komt terecht op een grote productiesite met verschillende productielijnen en een uitgebreid machinepark. Van mechanische tot elektrische storingen: jij zorgt ervoor dat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven en dat de productie zo vlot mogelijk verder kan. Geen job waarin je enkel onderdelen vervangt, maar een functie waarin technisch inzicht, logisch redeneren en initiatief echt het verschil maken.

Naast het oplossen van storingen denk je ook mee na over verbeteringen en betrouwbaarheid van de installaties. Hoe beter je het machinepark leert kennen, hoe zelfstandiger je aan de slag gaat en hoe groter je impact wordt op het productieproces.

Heb je een sterke technische basis, hou je ervan om problemen op te sporen en werk je graag in een 2-ploegensysteem? Dan kan dit een mooie volgende stap zijn binnen een omgeving waar techniek centraal staat en waar je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Storingen krijgen bij jou geen kans om lang te blijven liggen: met jouw mechanische en elektrische kennis spoor je problemen snel op en zorg je voor een duurzame oplossing
  • Ook preventief onderhoud maakt een belangrijk deel uit van je job, van smeren en reinigen tot het vervangen van onderdelen en controleren van installaties
  • Revisies en herstellingen aan onder meer pompen, compressoren, matrijzen en filters zorgen voor de nodige technische afwisseling
  • Samen met je collega’s denk je mee over aanpassingen en verbeteringen aan het machinepark om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie verder te verhogen
  • Operatoren kunnen op jouw technische ondersteuning rekenen en bij dringende interventies sta je klaar om snel en doordacht in te grijpen
  • Een sterke technische basis in elektriciteit en mechanica is essentieel, aangevuld met kennis van meettechnieken; kennis van automatisering, hydraulica en pneumatica is mooi meegenomen
  • Analytisch denken en oplossingsgericht werken zitten in je natuur, waardoor je storingen zelfstandig kunt onderzoeken en aanpakken
  • Flexibiliteit en duidelijke communicatie maken dat je vlot samenwerkt met collega’s en operatoren op de werkvloer
