Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de Europese voedingsindustrie met ruim 150 medewerkers in Puurs, zoeken we een Storingstechnieker ter versterking van het team.

Dit internationaal groeiend familiebedrijf combineert moderne productieomgevingen met een collegiaal karakter waar je echt geen nummer bent.

Als Storingstechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat de verpakkingslijnen blijven draaien. Een hands-on functie met veel variatie voor mensen die graag sleutelen aan diverse machines.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het in stand houden van de productie op een veilige en kostenefficiënte manier:

  • Je analyseert en lost storingen op aan een grote diversiteit van verpakkingsmachines
  • Je werkt zowel mechanisch als elektrisch, met sterke focus op elektrische storingen
  • Je leert pneumatische systemen kennen tijdens on-the-job coaching
  • Je maakt een duidelijke probleemdefinitie en escaleert indien nodig
  • Je overlegt oplossingen met collega's en voorman en werkt aan duurzame herstellingen
  • Je optimaliseert formaatombouwen en afstellingen - lijnen worden regelmatig omgebouwd per verpakking
  • Je neemt deel aan continu verbeterprogramma's en denkt proactief mee
  • Je assisteert bij installatie van nieuwe productielijnen en verzorgt preventief onderhoud
  • Je bent hands-on en proactief - je ziet werk en pakt het aan
  • Veiligheid van jou en je collega's primeert altijd

De verpakkingslijnen voor private label producten vragen veel aandacht.

Lijnen moeten per verpakking omgebouwd worden en storingen lopen heel breed. Een groot speelveld voor mensen die graag sleutelen - het bedrijf en de complexiteit blijven groeien.

  • Diploma elektromechanica, bij voorkeur bachelor niveau
  • Enkele jaren ervaring met mechanica, pneumatica en vooral elektriciteit - elektrische kennis is heel belangrijk
  • Je bent een storingstechnieker of onderhoudstechnieker met aantoonbare ervaring in storingen oplossen - essentieel
  • Ervaring in industriële omgeving, bij voorkeur voedingsindustrie of met verpakkingsmachines
  • Kennis van formaatomstellingen van verpakkingsmachines
  • Ervaring met aandrijvingen, sensoren en pneumatische componenten
  • Oplossingsgericht en meedenken over duurzame oplossingen
  • Hands-on en proactief - je wacht niet af maar pakt aan
  • Goed Nederlands voor communicatie met het team
  • Teamspeler die open communiceert met collega's
  • Bescheiden instelling - willen groeien en leren wordt gewaardeerd
  • Nauwkeurig werken en prioriteiten kunnen stellen
  • Stressbestendig en kalm blijven onder druk
