Voor regio Rotselaar zijn we op zoek naar een storingstechnieker die mee kan helpen op verschillende outsourcing projecten.

Als storingstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het snel en efficiënt oplossen van technische problemen. Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van storingen aan machines en installaties
  • Voornamelijk oplossen van elektrische en automatiseringsstoringen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud
  • Controleren en herstellen van elektrische installaties
  • Werken met frequentieregelaars, drives, thermieken en andere elektrische componenten
  • Uitvoeren van elektrische metingen en controles
  • Werken met en aanpassen van PLC-gestuurde systemen
  • Meedenken over structurele oplossingen om terugkerende storingen te voorkomen
  • Ervoor zorgen dat het productieproces optimaal kan blijven verlopen
  • Duidelijk communiceren met collega's en belangrijke informatie doorgeven
  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, PLC en automatisatie
  • Je kent begrippen zoals frequentieregelaars, drives en thermieken
  • Je kunt elektrische metingen uitvoeren en storingen analyseren
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en bent sterk in probleemoplossend denken
  • Kennis van PLC-systemen en automatisatie is belangrijk
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe technieken bij te leren
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega's
  • Je bent bereid om de vroege (dagshift) te doen, 3 dagen per week
