Pauwels Sauzen is een Belgisch familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in de productie van sauzen: eerst mosterd, daarna ook mayonaise, ketchup, vinaigrettes en allerlei speciaal-sauzen. Dit toonaangevend bedrijf produceert sinds 1909 met de meest kwalitatieve ingrediënten sauzen voor retail, foodservice, co-packing en exportindustrie. De sauzen van Pauwels worden in diverse smaken en verpakkingen verdeeld in meer dan 30 landen. Met een productie van ongeveer 120 miljoen kg en een omzet van meer dan 300 miljoen euro per jaar, behoren we tot één van de grootste sauzenproducenten in Europa.

Pauwels sauzen staat voor kwaliteit, operationele uitmuntendheid en vakmanschap en biedt een uitstekende service. Met een dynamische ploeg van 350 medewerkers, verdeeld over twee productiesites (Oelegem en Herent), gespecialiseerde R&D afdelingen en commerciële sites in België, Frankrijk (Parijs), en Engeland (Londen), creëert het bedrijf toegevoegde waarde voor haar klanten.

Storingstechnieker

Functie

Je voert als technieker het preventief en correctief onderhoud uit om de continuïteit, bedrijfszekerheid en veiligheid van het machinepark, de nutsvoorzieningen en de waterzuiveringsinstallatie te verzekeren;

  • Controleren van onderdelen volgens opgestelde onderhoudsschema’s
  • Afstellen van onderdelen, herstellen van mankementen, vervangen van defecte of versleten onderdelen, testen van de machine voor heropstart
  • Controleren van nutsvoorzieningen aan de hand van een checklist
  • Registreren van werkzaamheden in een onderhoudspakket
  • Dagrapporten opstellen
  • Overleg met ploegverantwoordelijke , lijnoperatoren, collega onderhoudstechniekers met betrekking tot storingen en bediening van een machine
  • Diagnose kunnen stellen
  • Gestructureerd rapporteren en duidelijk communiceren met maintenance manager en externen
  • Bijdragen tot de optimalisatie van het productieproces en rendement, het machinepark, de technische installaties en nutsvoorzieningen
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en propere werkomgeving zodat deze steeds voldoet aan de hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen
  • Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma Electromechanica of minstens een A2 niveau en je bouwde reeds enkele jaren ervaring op in een productie-omgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Je hebt inzicht in proces en installaties.
  • Je hebt kennis van elektriciteit, electronica, pompen, pneumatica meet-en regeltechnieken, en hydraulica, Siemens S7 (Field PG, lezen van programma’s).
  • Je bent PC vaardig (office toepassingen, onderhoudspakket).
