The posting

Techniek op niveau. Van storingen tot optimalisatie, jij doet het allemaal.

Als storingstechnieker werk je in een volledig geautomatiseerd machinepark. Hier draait alles rond efficiëntie, en dus ook rond jou.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie blijft draaien. Je voert onderhoud uit, lost storingen op en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Elektrisch, mechanisch, pneumatisch of hydraulisch: jij schakelt vlot tussen technieken.

Een typische dag? Je start met een overdracht, checkt de installaties en grijpt in waar nodig. Je voert herstellingen uit, stelt machines bij en denkt mee over hoe processen beter kunnen.

Maar je rol gaat verder. Je analyseert capaciteit, helpt bij audits en certificeringen en traint operatoren in preventief onderhoud. Je houdt ook het magazijn van wisselstukken mee onder controle en zorgt dat alles correct gedocumenteerd wordt.

Je werkt dus niet alleen aan machines, maar ook aan het verbeteren van het volledige productieproces.

We zoeken iemand die technisch breed inzetbaar is:

  • Technische opleiding of relevante ervaring
  • Kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek en hydraulica
  • Ervaring of interesse in PLC en industriële sturingen
  • Technische plannen en schema’s kunnen lezen
  • Basis las- of soldeervaardigheden
  • Nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken

Belangrijkste: je denkt in oplossingen en wil systemen beter maken.
