Onze klant is een toonaangevende productieonderneming binnen de voedingsindustrie, gevestigd in de regio Puurs/Bornem. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en combineert de stabiliteit van een gevestigde productieomgeving met een sterke focus op technische innovatie, continue verbetering en verdere groei.

Op de site werken ongeveer 160 medewerkers samen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Voor de verdere versterking van de technische dienst is onze klant op zoek naar een ervaren storingstechnieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijkertijd hands-on betrokken blijft.

Het bedrijf is gemakkelijk te bereiken met de wagen of de fiets.

Jobomschrijving

Als Storingstechnieker 2 Ploegen speelt de kandidaat een belangrijke rol in de continuïteit van het productieproces.

  • Analyseren, lokaliseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan uiteenlopende productie- en verpakkingsmachines
  • Stellen van duidelijke diagnoses en waar nodig tijdig escaleren van complexe technische problemen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud
  • Opsporen van terugkerende problemen en bijdragen aan structurele technische oplossingen
  • Werken aan mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische installaties
  • Optimaliseren van formaatomstellingen en afstellingen van verpakkingsmachines
  • Overleggen met collega-techniekers en verantwoordelijken over technische oplossingen
  • Actief deelnemen aan continuous improvement-initiatieven
  • Ondersteunen bij de installatie, testing en opstart van nieuwe machines en productielijnen
  • Meewerken aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte productieomgeving
  • Technische kennis delen met collega's en waar nodig een coördinerende rol opnemen

De succesvolle kandidaat is een ervaren technieker die graag problemen analyseert én zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over 5 tot 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen onderhoud of storingstechniek in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Je hebt een goede technische kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica
  • Je bent vertrouwd met aandrijvingen, sensoren en pneumatische componenten
  • Ervaring met productie- of verpakkingsmachines en formaatomstellingen vormt een belangrijke troef
  • Je bent sterk in storingsanalyse en werkt gestructureerd naar een oplossing toe
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en voelt je thuis op de productievloer
  • Je beschikt over coördinerende of leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel collega-techniekers als productie
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking staan voor jou centraal
