Voor een toonaangevende productieomgeving binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Storingstechnieker. In deze functie ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen het technisch team en zorg je ervoor dat de productielijnen veilig, efficiënt en zonder onnodige stilstanden blijven functioneren.

Jouw taken

Als Storingstechnieker sta je in voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van een modern machinepark. Je combineert technische expertise met een hands-on mentaliteit en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit productie en techniek.

Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:

Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen

  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan productie-installaties en machines
  • Defecte onderdelen herstellen of vervangen om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken
  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van productieprocessen en technische installaties
  • Technische verbeteringen voorstellen en uitvoeren om de betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark te verhogen
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en storingen in het onderhoudssysteem
  • Samenwerken met operatoren en collega's om technische problemen snel en efficiënt op te lossen
  • Toezien op een veilige werkomgeving en werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Meedenken over investeringen, verbeterprojecten en procesoptimalisaties

Kortom: jij bent de technische expert die ervoor zorgt dat de productie blijft draaien en storingen geen kans krijgen.

Jouw profiel

Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en technische uitdagingen met beide handen aangrijpt. Je denkt in oplossingen, werkt nauwkeurig en haalt voldoening uit het snel herstellen van storingen.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of servicetechnieker
  • Kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica is een grote troef
  • Ervaring met PLC-sturingen is mooi meegenomen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht bij technische storingen
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken (indien van toepassing)
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend

Met andere woorden: je bent een gedreven technieker die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en elke storing ziet als een nieuwe technische uitdaging.
