The posting

Als storingstechnieker ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat technische storingen snel én duurzaam worden opgelost, zodat de productie optimaal kan blijven draaien.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:

  • Je spoort elektrische, mechanische, hydraulische en pneumatische storingen op en lost ze efficiënt op.
  • Je analyseert problemen grondig en zoekt naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je registreert interventies correct in het werkordersysteem en communiceert helder met operatoren en collega’s.
  • Je staat in voor zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud van het machinepark.
  • Je volgt dagelijks de actielijsten op, zoals preventieve controles, smeerplannen, inspecties en werkorders.
  • Je leest en interpreteert elektrische schema’s en technische plannen.
  • Na een grondige inwerkperiode leer je de machines volledig kennen: van bediening en afregeling tot instellingen en optimalisaties.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de technisch manager en werkt nauw samen met collega-techniekers en operatoren.

Onze klant zoekt een technieker met een hands-on mentaliteit en een passie voor techniek.

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een ploegenstelsel (V/M) of op termijn in een vaste nachtploeg.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou altijd voorop en je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook sterk binnen een team.
  • Je houdt van structuur, denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
