Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou. We zijn op zoek naar een meewerkend voorman storingstechnieker.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving, waar je samenwerkt met een team van gemotiveerde en ervaren collega’s. De organisatie is actief binnen de voedingssector en zet sterk in op kwaliteit, innovatie en groei, ook op internationaal niveau. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan ontwikkeling, samenwerking en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het garanderen van een vlot draaiend productieproces op een veilige en efficiënte manier.

  • Je stuurt een klein team van techniekers aan en werkt zelf actief mee aan interventies
  • Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen aan diverse productiemachines
  • Je stelt duidelijke diagnoses en escaleert indien nodig
  • Je werkt met een ticketsysteem voor het opvolgen en registreren van interventies
  • Je overlegt technische oplossingen met collega’s en neemt deel aan daily control meetings en ploegoverdracht
  • Je werkt mee aan SGA’s en andere continu verbeterprogramma’s binnen de technische dienst
  • Je optimaliseert formaatombouwen en afstellingen van verpakkingsmachines

Je rapporteert aan een technisch verantwoordelijke en je stuurt een klein team van storingstechniekers aan. Verder werk je nauw samen met de ploegverantwoordelijke. Je krijgt de nodige ondersteuning en opleiding on-the-job om je verder te ontwikkelen in deze functie.

  • Je hebt 5 tot 8 jaar ervaring in een industriële technische omgeving
  • Je hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en pneumatica
  • Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines en formaatomstellingen is een sterke plus
  • Je hebt ervaring met verschillende soorten aandrijvingen, sensoren en pneumatische componenten
  • Je hebt leidinggevende of coördinerende capaciteiten
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag samen met collega’s
