Technische storingen oplossen in een omgeving waar veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiecontinuïteit vooropstaan? Als storingstechnieker in regio Evergem sta je in voor het elektrisch en mechanisch onderhoud van een geavanceerd machinepark binnen de chemische industrie. Het zwaartepunt ligt op elektriciteit, goed voor ongeveer 60% van de interventies, aangevuld met mechanische storingen en onderhoudswerk.

Dankzij een vast 2-ploegenstelsel en een sterke technische omgeving krijg je bovendien ruimte om problemen structureel aan te pakken en verbeteringen mee vorm te geven.

Wat ga je doen: - Elektrische en mechanische storingen analyseren en efficiënt verhelpen. - Ongeveer 60% van de interventies uitvoeren binnen het elektrische luik van het machinepark. - Elektrische en technische schema’s lezen en correct interpreteren. - PLC-sturingen inzetten voor diagnose en foutanalyse; programmeren is niet vereist. - Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines en productie-installaties. - Motoren, sensoren, schakelkasten en andere elektrische componenten controleren en herstellen. - Mechanische defecten onderzoeken en passende herstellingen uitvoeren. - Terugkerende storingen analyseren en technische verbeteringen voorstellen. - Uitgevoerde interventies registreren en technische aandachtspunten rapporteren. - Afstemmen met collega-techniekers, productie en andere interne afdelingen. - Veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en bedrijfsvoorschriften strikt toepassen binnen de chemische productieomgeving. Een technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektromechanica, industriële automatisering of een gelijkaardige richting vormt een goede basis. Ervaring met industriële onderhoudstechnieken en storingsanalyse is noodzakelijk. Kennis van een chemische productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen. Veilig werken, technische problemen grondig analyseren en zoeken naar oplossingen die herhaling voorkomen, zijn minstens even belangrijk. Vlotte kennis van elektrische schema’s en technische plannen. Ervaring met PLC-sturingen voor storingsanalyse en foutopsporing. Een analytische en nauwkeurige werkstijl met verantwoordelijkheidszin. Heldere communicatie in het Nederlands en een constructieve teamhouding. Ervaring als storingstechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker of elektromechanieker binnen een industriële omgeving. Bereidheid om in een vast 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
