Onze klant, een internationaal gerenommeerde speler gevestigd in de regio Gistel, is actief in de productie van een specifiek kunststofproduct dat zijn toepassing vindt in uiteenlopende sectoren zoals de bouw, automotive en kunstgrasindustrie. Dankzij hun sterke focus op kwaliteit en innovatie hebben ze de afgelopen jaren een indrukwekkende groei doorgemaakt. Met een team van een 100-tal gedreven collega’s vormen zij het kloppend hart van deze succesvolle onderneming.

Om hun moderne productieomgeving verder te versterken, zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar een gemotiveerde storingstechnieker. In deze rol krijg je de kans om te werken in een hoogtechnologische setting en een directe impact te hebben op het productieproces.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Opsporen en verhelpen van storingen aan productielijnen, machines en technische apparatuur.
  • Uitvoeren van tests en inspecties om de werking en prestaties van apparatuur te controleren.
  • Bijhouden van onderhouds- en herstellingsdata en opstellen van duidelijke rapportages.
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van productiemedewerkers bij het correct gebruik en de bediening van machines.
  • Enige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving is een mooi pluspunt
  • Kennis van mechanische, hydraulische en elektrische systemen
  • Ervaring met PLC-programmering en -diagnostiek is een pluspunt
  • Goede communicatie- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Je staat ervoor open om te werken binnen een 2 ploegensysteem
