Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zoeken we een storingstechnieker elektromechanica in 2 ploegen voor een direct vast contract bij een internationale marktleider in de energiesector (regio Aalst).

Ben jij de technische expert die complexe systemen tot in de kern doorgrondt? Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement bieden wij jou een onmiddellijke vaste aanstelling bij een wereldspeler die de volledige keten van engineering tot verkoop van hoogspanningsoplossingen beheert. Als storingstechnieker elektromechanica word je een onmisbare schakel in onze productie. Je krijgt te maken met hoogwaardige technologie en draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de operationele flow van ons machinepark. In een stabiel 2-ploegensysteem combineer je snelle interventies met preventief onderhoud, waarbij je de vrijheid krijgt om technische verbeteringen te implementeren die onze proceszekerheid naar een hoger niveau tillen.

  • Je beschikt over een relevant technisch diploma en een stevige achtergrond in industriele storingsinterventies (elektriciteit en mechanica).
  • Je bezit een brede vakkennis en een scherp analytisch vermogen, waardoor je complexe technische systemen snel doorgrondt.
  • Je blijft kalm onder tijdsdruk, bent resultaatgericht en focust altijd op het realiseren van een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands en vindt een stabiel 2-ploegensysteem (vroege/late) ideaal voor jouw work-life balans.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en hebt een proactieve ingesteldheid ten opzichte van machinebetrouwbaarheid en veiligheid.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het detecteren van technische defecten en het uitvoeren van daadkrachtige herstellingen aan de installaties.
  • Minimaliseren van ongeplande stilstanden door het nauwgezet uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudsschema's om de levensduur van het machinepark te verlengen.
  • Implementeren van technische verbeteringen aan de huidige installaties om de efficientie, veiligheid en proceszekerheid continu te optimaliseren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productieteams om complexe problemen bij de bron op te lossen en de multidisciplinaire synergie te versterken.
  • Waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen tijdens alle technische interventies in de regio Aalst.
