Onze klant is een stabiele en dynamische productieomgeving in Bredene waar techniek een cruciale rol speelt. Achter de schermen zorgt een ervaren technische dienst ervoor dat het machinepark betrouwbaar blijft functioneren en dat de productie ook tijdens de nacht op volle kracht kan blijven draaien.

Je komt terecht in een gedreven en collegiaal team waar techniekers een belangrijke ondersteunende rol opnemen tegenover productie. Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, technische problemen aan te pakken en mee te denken over verbeteringen.

Als Onderhoudstechnieker ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de technische continuïteit van het machinepark. Wanneer zich een storing voordoet, kom jij in actie. Daarnaast kijk je vooruit door preventief onderhoud uit te voeren en mee te werken aan technische verbeteringen.

Je werkt in een vaste nachtploeg, waardoor je een stabiel werkritme kan combineren met een aantrekkelijk loonpakket.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Technische storingen aan machines en gereedschappen analyseren en oplossen, zodat de productie zo snel mogelijk verder kan
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan machines, apparatuur en installaties en meewerken aan ombouw- en afstelwerkzaamheden
  • Productie ondersteunen bij technische vragen en interventies en samen met collega's zorgen voor een betrouwbare werking van het machinepark
  • Technische verbeteringen signaleren en actief meewerken aan oplossingen die de efficiëntie, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid verhogen
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond en hebt interesse in onderhoud, storingen en productietechniek
  • Je bent leergierig, stressbestendig en verantwoordelijk en werkt graag zowel zelfstandig als in team
  • Oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne, orde en netheid
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en bent bereid om in een vaste nachtploeg te werken
