Je komt terecht binnen een moderne en familiale onderneming met een vlakke structuur en een sterke, organische groei. Binnen de productieomgeving staat een bijzonder gevarieerd machinepark, afkomstig van verschillende fabrikanten en met uiteenlopende productietechnieken, automatisatiegraden en PLC-systemen. Net die diversiteit zorgt ervoor dat geen enkele technische interventie dezelfde is.

De organisatie is actief in de verwerking van papierwaren en non-woven materialen en beschikt daarnaast over een geautomatiseerd logistiek platform. De technische dienst speelt een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van een vlotte en betrouwbare productie. Als storingstechnieker krijg je dan ook een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid, maar tegelijk kom je terecht in een team waar kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Preventief en proactief onderhouden van een uitgebreid machinepark met 14 industriële productielijnen
  • Instaan voor het technisch onderhoud van een geautomatiseerd magazijn en bijhorende interne transportmiddelen
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van zowel elektrische als mechanische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan elektrische componenten zoals sensoren, motoren en indicatoren
  • Werken met verschillende PLC-sturingen en technische automatisatiesystemen
  • Lezen, interpreteren en waar nodig aanpassen van elektrische schema's
  • Uitvoeren van mechanische werkzaamheden met aandacht voor pneumatica en hydraulica
  • Meewerken aan technische verbeteringen, 5S en het optimaliseren van werkposten
  • Overleggen met collega's en technische kennis delen binnen het team
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare productieomgeving
  • Goede kennis van elektriciteit en elektrische componenten, gecombineerd met een sterk mechanisch inzicht
  • Ervaring met PLC-sturingen en het kunnen lezen en interpreteren van elektrische plannen
  • Basiskennis van pneumatica en hydraulica
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
