Deze familiale producent binnen de voedingssector beschikt over een moderne productiesite in regio Gent. Vanuit de productie worden verschillende productielijnen ondersteund. Dit bedrijf investeert in kwaliteit, duurzaamheid, vakmanschap met aandacht voor geschiedenis en brouwerstraditie.

Ze zijn op zoek naar techniekers die de bottelarij, de vatenlijn en de brouwerij ondersteunen in de dagelijkse activiteiten om het brouwen en bottelen vlot te laten lopen.

Als storingstechnieker kom je terecht in een omgeving waar techniek overal aanwezig is. Deze productieomgeving is een ware speeltuin voor iedereen met een passie voor techniek. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw functie spoor je technische storingen op en zorg je voor een snelle en doeltreffende oplossing, zodat de productie-installaties optimaal blijven draaien
  • Je staat in voor het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud van diverse installaties, waaronder pompen, transportsystemen, afvul- en etiketteermachines en robots
  • Samen met de productieoperatoren stel je machines correct af en bied je technische ondersteuning om het productieproces vlot te laten verlopen
  • Je werkt mee aan automatisatieprojecten en technische optimalisaties op het vlak van elektriciteit, elektromechanica, pneumatica, PLC-sturingen en waterbehandeling
  • Tot slot pas je jouw prioriteiten aan volgens de situatie en steek je zelf de handen uit de mouwen om productiestilstanden zo kort mogelijk te houden
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens twee jaar ervaring in technisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving, met ervaring in de voedingssector of bierproductie als pluspunt
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektromechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica en productie-installaties, ervaring met PLC-sturingen is mooi meegenomen
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands goed om technische instructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften correct te begrijpen en toe te passen
