Wil jij graag meedraaien in een hoogtechnologisch productieproces bij een Europese marktleider? Dan is deze opportuniteit als storingstechnieker absoluut iets voor jou!

Voor een gerenommeerde speler in de voedingsindustrie, gevestigd in de regio Menen, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Storingsspecialist. Deze onderneming bekleedt een toonaangevende positie binnen haar nichemarkt en exporteert haar innovatieve producten wereldwijd. De productie gebeurt met behulp van een hightech machinepark en een doorgedreven automatisering. Met een team van meer dan 500 medewerkers en een jaaromzet van circa €750 miljoen, combineert deze organisatie een solide financiële basis met een sterke internationale groeistrategie. Investeringen in technologie, efficiënt onderhoudsbeheer en procesoptimalisatie staan hierbij centraal.

Door de sterke groei zoekt deze speler een Storingstechnicus die proactief storingsanalyses uitvoert, onderhoudswerkzaamheden coördineert en bijdraagt aan de optimalisatie van de productielijnen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als storingsspecialist sta je in voor het opsporen van storingen en verhelp je vlot en efficiënt technische defecten aan de machines
  • Het uitvoeren van revisies en herstellingen aan diverse mechanische en elektrotechnische onderdelen behoort tot jouw pakket
  • Je staat in voor een vlotte uitvoering van de geplande onderhoudswerken volgens de vastgelegde planning en garandeert telkens een betrouwbare machine-uptime
  • Documentatie en registratie van alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden voer je nauwkeurig in in het IT-systeem
  • Je denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties om de prestaties en betrouwbaarheid van de machines verder te verhogen
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma binnen elektromechanica, elektriciteit of elektronica (of hebt door ervaring hetzelfde denkniveau bereikt)
  • Basiskennis van PLC’s en een goed begrip van pneumatiek en industriële automatisatie is een must
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse & Engels talenkennis goed en werkt vlot met MS Office en SAP
