Ben jij een technisch talent met een passie voor mechanica en elektriciteit? Wil je werken in een dynamische productieomgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is? Dan ben jij misschien de interventietechnieker die wij zoeken!

Als Interventietechnieker sta je in voor het snel en efficiënt oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen binnen onze productieafdelingen. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan het preventief onderhoud en de optimalisatie van onze installaties, zodat een maximale beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van het machinepark gegarandeerd blijven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief, correctief, predictief en adaptief onderhoud aan industriële machines en installaties.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen.
  • Veilig stellen van machines en installaties vóór onderhouds- en herstelwerkzaamheden.
  • Reinigen, smeren en vervangen van onderdelen zoals filters, riemen, tandwielen, lagers en andere slijtagegevoelige componenten.
  • Uitvoeren van revisies en herstellingen aan onder andere pompen, compressoren, matrijzen en filters.
  • Demonteren en vervangen van defecte onderdelen.
  • Signaleren van potentiële defecten en het uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudsacties.
  • Ondersteunen bij technische aanpassingen en verbeterprojecten aan bestaande installaties.
  • Detecteren en oplossen van technische problemen aan de extrusielijnen.
  • Controleren van de goede werking van machines, installaties en apparatuur.
  • Verlenen van technische ondersteuning aan operatoren.
  • Stand-by staan voor dringende interventies wanneer nodig.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van zowel elektriciteit als mechanica.
  • Kennis van automatisering, hydraulica en pneumatica is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan technische problemen efficiënt diagnosticeren.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Je bent flexibel, hands-on en communicatief sterk.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid staan bij jou centraal.
