Onze klant zoekt een gemotiveerde en handson Onderhoudsmecanicien die graag zijn technische kennis inzet om installaties in topvorm te houden. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat het volledige machinepark betrouwbaar en veilig blijft draaien. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team dat een sleutelrol speelt in de continuïteit van alle operationele activiteiten.

Wat ga je doen?

Onderhoud met impact Je voert zowel gepland preventief als curatief onderhoud uit aan uiteenlopende installaties. Elektrische aanpassingen en mechanische herstellingen behoren tot je dagelijkse taken.

Storingen analyseren en oplossen Bij acute problemen ga je zelf op onderzoek: je spoort de oorzaak op, beoordeelt de ernst van de storing en voert onmiddellijke herstellingen uit wanneer dat mogelijk is.

Inspecties & controles Je controleert installaties en gebouwen, volgt onderhoudsplannen nauwgezet op en brengt in kaart welke grotere onderhoudstaken moeten worden ingepland.

Veilig in- en uitdienst nemen van installaties Wanneer onderhoud plaatsvindt, zorg jij dat machines veilig worden stilgelegd of opnieuw vrijgegeven, volgens de geldende procedures.

Rapportage & communicatie Je houdt duidelijk bij welke herstellingen en werkzaamheden je uitvoert en koppelt dit terug aan je leidinggevende, zodat alles correct wordt opgevolgd.

Werken in ploegendienst Je ondersteunt de operationele dienst in een ploegensysteem en draagt zo actief bij aan het waarborgen van de productcontinuïteit.

Jouw profiel

  • Je combineert jouw technische interesse met een relevante opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen elektromechanica.
  • Idealiter heb je al ervaring opgedaan in elektrisch en/of mechanisch onderhoud binnen een industriële omgeving. Kennis van PLCtechniek is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Je staat open voor een 2 of 3ploegenstelsel, waarbij weekendwerk deel uitmaakt van een beurtrol. Uiteraard worden deze inspanningen correct verloond en gecompenseerd.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s, maar neemt even goed zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op wanneer dat nodig is.
