FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij technisch sterk en heb je een passie voor het oplossen van storingen? Als storingstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het snel en efficiënt opsporen, analyseren en verhelpen van technische storingen aan machines en installaties. Dankzij jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat productieonderbrekingen tot een minimum beperkt blijven en de continuïteit van het productieproces gegarandeerd wordt.

Je voert zowel mechanische als elektrische interventies uit en gaat systematisch op zoek naar de oorzaak van storingen. Daarbij maak je gebruik van technische schema's, meetapparatuur en eventuele PLC-diagnoses om problemen correct te identificeren en op te lossen.

Daarnaast ondersteun je bij preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden en denk je actief mee over technische verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van het machinepark verder te optimaliseren. Waar nodig voer je kleine technische aanpassingen uit en werk je nauw samen met collega's van productie en onderhoud.

Dankzij jouw technische kennis, analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossende aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan een veilige, efficiënte en vlot draaiende productieomgeving.

PROFIEL

Je bent een technisch sterke professional met een uitgesproken interesse in elektriciteit en industriële automatisering. Dankzij jouw kennis van elektrische installaties, stuurkringen, sensoren, motoren en frequentieregelaars weet je storingen snel en efficiënt te analyseren en op te lossen.

Daarnaast beschik je over een sterk analytisch vermogen en ga je gestructureerd te werk bij het opsporen van defecten. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, behoudt het overzicht in complexe situaties en weet prioriteiten te stellen wanneer een snelle interventie vereist is.

Kennis van PLC-sturingen is een belangrijke troef. Je bent in staat om storingen te lokaliseren via diagnoseprogramma's, foutmeldingen te interpreteren en gerichte acties te ondernemen om machines zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel te krijgen.

Verder werk je zelfstandig en neem je verantwoordelijkheid op, maar functioneer je ook vlot binnen een technisch team. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid staan voor jou steeds centraal.
