The posting

Bouw mee aan de productie van morgen. Als storingstechnieker speel je een cruciale rol in de high-tech productieomgeving van Terumo in Heverlee. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze geautomatiseerde assemblagemachines optimaal blijven presteren en grijpt snel en doeltreffend in wanneer er een storing optreedt.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt technische storingen aan hoogtechnologische assemblagemachines.
  • Je voert herstellingen uit op mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch en softwarematig vlak.
  • Je staat in voor preventief onderhoud, kalibraties en het fijn afstellen van machines.
  • Je analyseert communicatieproblemen binnen industriële netwerken en systemen zoals PLC, HMI, SCADA, servosturingen en sensoren.
  • Je werkt samen met engineering, QA, process engineers en productie aan verbeterprojecten en root cause analyses.
  • Je begeleidt technische operatoren en deelt je kennis.
  • Je documenteert interventies volgens GMP- en kwaliteitsprocedures en werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids-, hygiëne- en cleanroomrichtlijnen.

Naar wat voor een storingstechnieker zijn wij opzoek?

  • Een A2-diploma of Bachelor in Elektromechanica, Automatisatie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen of fijnmechanica.
  • Kennis van mechanica, pneumatica, elektrische sturingen en industriële automatisatie.
  • Ervaring met PLC-systemen (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R), HMI/SCADA en industriële netwerken zoals Ethernet/IP en Profinet.
  • Ervaring binnen een gereguleerde omgeving is een plus.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht, maar ook flexibel en communicatief.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig én in team en bent bereid om op termijn in ploegen en/of wachtdiensten te werken.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zeer goed. Engels is een plus.
