The posting

Vanwege onze aanhoudende groei en de opstart van een nieuwe productielijn investeren we sterk in extra capaciteit, geavanceerde automatisering en datacaptatie. We combineren een hooggeautomatiseerd, flexibel machinepark met een mensgerichte organisatie om maatwerk te leveren. Om deze uitbreiding te realiseren, zoeken we versterking voor ons Technical & Maintenance Team.

  • Complexe storingen snel analyseren en doelgericht verhelpen aan geavanceerde assemblagelijnen
  • Curatieve herstellingen uitvoeren op vlak van mechanica, elektrotechniek, pneumatica en software
  • Preventief onderhoud plannen en uitvoeren, gecombineerd met het voorstellen van technische aanpassingen om machinestilstand te minimaliseren
  • Machines nauwkeurig afstellen en kalibreren volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en validatienormen
  • Netwerk- en communicatiestoringen opsporen tussen PLC’s, HMI’s, SCADA, servodrives en sensoren
  • Actief bijdragen aan root cause analyses en verbeterprojecten in nauw overleg met Engineering, QA, Process Engineering en Productie
  • Operatoren technisch ondersteunen, coachen en opleiden voor het uitvoeren van eerstelijnsinterventies en procescorrecties
  • Alle werkzaamheden en interventies nauwkeurig registreren conform de GMP- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen
  • Strikt naleven van alle veiligheids-, hygiëne- en cleanroomvoorschriften
  • A2-diploma of Bachelor in Elektromechanica, Automatisatie of gelijkaardig
  • Ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen of fijnmechanica
  • Ervaring in een gereguleerde omgeving (pharma, medical devices, voeding, chemie…) is een sterke troef
  • Bereid om op termijn in ploegen en/of wachtdiensten te werken
  • Grondige kennis van mechanica, pneumatica, elektrische schema’s, bekabeling en industriële sturingen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met PLC-systemen (Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R), HMI/SCADA-systemen en industriële netwerken (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
  • Vlot met PC-toepassingen waaronder MS Office en ERP-systemen zoals SAP
  • Analytisch sterk ingesteld met een proactieve, kwaliteitsbewuste en nauwkeurige werkwijze
  • Leergierig, stressbestendig en wendbaar in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; werkt zowel zelfstandig als effectief in teamverband
  • Neemt van nature verantwoordelijkheid op en denkt oplossingsgericht mee
