Jobomschrijving

Als onderhoudstechnieker heb je een belangrijke rol binnen het bedrijf: je zorgt er namelijk voor dat alle machines draaien zoals het hoort.

Jouw taak is tweeledig:

1. Preventief onderhoud (20%)

Je houdt de machines en installaties schoon en gesmeerd. Indien nodig stel je deze ook bij. Zo ga je een groot aantal defecten of mankementen kunnen vermijden.

Je houdt ook efficiënt een voorraad bij van wisselstukken en werktuigen van de verschillende installaties en machines.

2. Curatief onderhoud (80%)

Als er een storing optreedt, ga je deze gaan opsporen en oplossen. Je controleert de werking van het materiaal en hebt hierbij aandacht voor alle kritieke punten. Je checkt of de storing mechanisch of elektrisch van aard is. De foutmelding ga je gaan uitlezen en onderzoeken.

Om dergelijke defecten te vermijden naar de toekomst toe, zoek je ook mee naar mogelijkheden om bestaande processen en installaties te optimaliseren.

Doorheen al jouw werkzaamheden leg je de nadruk steeds op veiligheid als absolute prioriteit. Dit doe je enerzijds door de veiligheidsprocedures en verplichtingen plichtsbewust na te leven, anderzijds draag je zorg voor een propere en ordelijke werkomgeving om risico’s te vermijden en weg te nemen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je komt bij onze klant terecht in de wereld van outsourcing / consultancy. Het is belangrijk dat je als storingstechnieker:

  • een technische opleiding hebt voltooid (bv. een A2 elektriciteit, elektromechanica of een bachelor elektriciteit, elektromechanica...)
  • een ruime technische kennis hebt opgebouwd in mechanica, elektriciteit, hydraulica en pneumatiek
  • een geldig rijbewijs B op zak hebt
