Jobomschrijving

Als storingstechnieker zorg jij ervoor dat productie-installaties blijven draaien.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen aan machines en installaties
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en herstellingen
  • Meewerken aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties van installaties
  • Uitvoeren van technische interventies op vlak van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica
  • Controleren van elektrische systemen en storingen analyseren via PLC’s
  • Installeren, afregelen en vervangen van machineonderdelen
  • Uitvoeren van laswerken en kleine mechanische bewerkingen indien nodig
  • Correct registreren van uitgevoerde onderhoudswerken
  • Zorgen dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en procedures altijd gerespecteerd worden

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt ook deel uit van een technisch team waarin kennis delen belangrijk is.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze vacature zoeken we een technisch sterke collega die graag problemen oplost en houdt van variatie.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Je beschikt minimum over een A2 diploma in een technische richting (elektriciteit, elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken...) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit en/of mechanica
  • Kennis van pneumatica en hydraulica is een pluspunt
  • Ervaring met automatisatie en PLC-sturingen is mooi meegenomen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee naar oplossingen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat open voor verschillende werkregimes (dagdienst, ploegen, vaste nacht, weekends...)
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en/of Frans
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B

Kortom: iemand met technische passie, verantwoordelijkheidszin en goesting om bij te leren.
