De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je analyseert en diagnosticeert storingen aan installaties en productiemachines met een scherp oog voor oorzaak en oplossing.
  • Je voert mechanisch onderhoud uit en zorgt mee voor een hoge beschikbaarheid van het machinepark.
  • Je werkt met pneumatische en hydraulische systemen en grijpt gericht in waar nodig.
  • Je waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde en werkt volgens duidelijke procedures binnen een omgeving die inzet op veiligheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Je communiceert helder met collega's en leidinggevenden en rapporteert over uitgevoerde werken en bevindingen.
  • Je werkt vlot samen in teamverband, maar pakt taken ook zelfstandig en nauwkeurig vast.
  • Je gebruikt digitale tools (o.a. Microsoft Office; SAP is een plus) om informatie correct te registreren en op te volgen.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Elektromechanica (bij voorkeur met focus op elektriciteit) of een relevante technische opleiding (A2 of hoger).
  • Je bent sterk in storinganalyse en denkt in logische stappen richting een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je hebt kennis van pneumatiek en hydraulica en voelt je thuis in een technische productiecontext.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van elektrische en besturingssystemen (of bent gemotiveerd om dit verder uit te bouwen).
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een praktische kennis van het Engels (Duits is een plus).
  • Je werkt in 2 ploegen (vroege/late) en schakelt flexibel wanneer de productie dat vraagt.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een no-nonsense mentaliteit, die tegelijk kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaakt.
