Als storingstechnieker bij Mulder Natural Foods kom je terecht in een financieel zeer sterk en stabiel bedrijf met een echte familiale werksfeer. Opleiding en ervaring:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch A2- of Bachelor diploma (Elektromechanica, Onderhoudstechniek, Automatisatie of Elektriciteit) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste relevante werkervaring opgedaan als storingstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving.

Vaardigheden:

  • Sterk probleemoplossend en analytisch vermogen om complexe technische storingen snel te lokaliseren en op te lossen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamplayer-mentaliteit.
  • Proactief, veiligheidsbewust en nauwkeurig in de uitvoering van werkzaamheden.

Specifieke vereisten:

  • Grondige kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica, aangevuld met basiskennis pneumatiek en hydrauliek.
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen (zoals Siemens S7 / TIA Portal) is een grote troef.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken (vroege / late ploeg).
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Storingen verhelpen: Trefzeker opsporen, analyseren en efficient verhelpen van acute elektrische, mechanische en pneumatische storingen aan de geautomatiseerde productielijnen om stilstand tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Onderhoud uitvoeren: Als gedreven storingstechnieker voer je preventief en curatief onderhoud uit aan het moderne machinepark en de verpakkingsinstallaties.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Actief meedenken over en realiseren van technische verbeteringen en optimalisaties aan de machines om efficientie en veiligheid te verhogen.
  • Documentatie: Zorgvuldig registreren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en storingsanalyses in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (CAMM/SAP).
  • Samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met operators, collega-technici en de technische dienst van Mulder Natural Foods om de continuïteit en hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden van de productie te waarborgen.
