Functieomschrijving

  • Je analyseert elektrische en mechanische storingen en lost deze op.
  • Je optimaliseert geautomatiseerde productie-installaties wat betreft productie-output, kwaliteit en technische betrouwbaarheid.
  • Je voert preventieve en correctieve/curatieve onderhoudstaken uit voor elektrische en mechanische installaties.
  • Je identificeert, herstelt of vervangt defecte systemen of onderdelen van industriële installaties conform reglementering, machinevoorschriften, documentatie…
  • Je geeft opleiding en ondersteuning aan collega’s en natuurlijk krijg je op jouw beurt de nodige opleiding en ondersteuning.
  • Je wordt nauw betrokken bij de introductie van nieuwe installaties, processen en nieuwe wagenmodellen.
  • Je werkt in teamverband samen met collega-techniekers.

Onze geknipte kandidaat:

  • Heeft een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur een Bachelor richting elektromechanica, energietechnologie,... of 7e jaar industrieel onderhoud, elektrische installatietechnieken, meet-en regeltechnieken,...
  • Toont een interesse voor elektriciteit, automatisatie, PLC,...
  • Heeft een sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Heeft ervaring met geautomatiseerde productielijnen.
  • Heeft kennis van PLC-gestuurde machines.
  • Toont de wil om te groeien, zijn/haar kennis continu uit te breiden en is bezig met de laatste technologische ontwikkelingen.Is bereid in een 2-ploegensysteem, vaste nachtploeg of weekendploeg te werken.
  • Spreekt goed Nederlands OF goed Engels. Spreek je geen Nederlands, verwachten we wel dat je Nederlands wil leren.
