The posting

Dit prachtig bedrijf - gevestigd in onder andere Herenthout - is gespecialiseerd in technische outsourcing. Afhankelijk van de klant zijn project, wensen en planning worden de nodige technische werkkrachten ingezet. We zoeken een gemotiveerde storingstechnieker. Je vertrekt iedere dag met je firmawagen met tankkaart en werkmateriaal van thuis uit naar de verschillende bedrijven in jouw regio.

Jobomschrijving

Je draagt samen met je collega's, de verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderhoud van de geautomatiseerde machines en installaties.Je voert zelfstandig en doelmatig zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud uit op het gebied van elektrische systemen, mechanica en de aansturing (PLC).Naast onderhoudswerkzaamheden ben je ook actief betrokken bij het identificeren van mogelijkheden tot verbetering en wijziging van het machinepark.Je analyseert terugkerende problemen en ontwikkelt suggesties ter verbetering.Je lost storingen op en neemt proactief maatregelen om machine-stilstand te minimaliseren door actief naar mogelijke oorzaken te zoeken.

Met een A2 diploma en kennis van/ervaring in elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatica kom je in aanmerking voor deze rol. Recent afgestudeerden (met een A2 diploma in elektriciteit/elektromechanica) die volwassenheid en leergierigheid tonen, kunnen ook overwogen worden.Je beschikt over de vaardigheid om mechanische, elektrische, pneumatische en hydraulische tekeningen te lezen en te begrijpen.Je bent flexibel en houdt ervan om technische problemen op een analytische manier op te lossen, waarbij je veelzijdigheid toont.Hoewel bekend met de principes van PLC-besturingen, is het niet vereist om deze te bedienen of te programmeren.Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband ben je in staat goed te communiceren en samen te werken met collega's.Je bent bereid om flexibel te zijn en te werken in ons tweeploegensysteem (maandag tot donderdag van 6u tot 14u / 14u tot 22u, vrijdag van 5u45 tot 13u / 13u tot 20u15).Daarnaast ben je bereid om op beurtrol deel te nemen aan onze wachtdienst (1 keer per 4 weken).
