The posting

  • Je spoort elektrische, mechanische en technische storingen op en lost deze snel en efficiënt op.
  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit zodat installaties betrouwbaar blijven functioneren en ongeplande stilstanden worden voorkomen.
  • Je vervangt defecte onderdelen en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve herstelling van machines en installaties.
  • Je optimaliseert en stelt machines bij om de prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Je analyseert terugkerende storingen en werkt duurzame oplossingen uit.
  • Je neemt initiatief in technische verbeteringsprojecten en helpt mee aan de verdere modernisering van het machinepark.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie en techniek om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Je hebt ervaring als storingstechnieker, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van industriële elektriciteit, PLC-technieken en mechanica.
  • Kennis van hydraulica en pneumatica is een mooie troef.
  • Je hebt een technisch bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je denkt analytisch, werkt oplossingsgericht en laat je niet uit het lood slaan door technische uitdagingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt oog voor orde, netheid en veiligheid.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een tweeploegen-, drieploegen- of vaste nachtregeling.
