Als storingstechnieker binnen de productie zorg jij ervoor dat het productieproces vlot blijft draaien. Dankzij jouw snelle en doeltreffende interventies beperk je stilstanden en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënte werking van de productie.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Opsporen en oplossen van zowel mechanische als elektrische storingen
  • Stellen van diagnoses en uitvoeren van dringende herstellingen
  • Uitwerken en implementeren van duurzame technische oplossingen
  • Werken aan een gevarieerd machinepark met zowel oudere installaties als moderne technologieën
  • Meewerken aan geplande onderhoudswerken naast interventies bij storingen
  • Ondersteunen bij de opstart van nieuwe productielijnen en je technische kennis voortdurend bijschaven
  • Delen van jouw expertise door collega’s en operatoren mee op te leiden
  • Nauwkeurig registreren van uitgevoerde werken en storingen in het systeem
  • Overleggen met collega’s van de technische dienst en productie om kennis en informatie te delen
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Je rapporteert aan de technische verantwoordelijke en werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek en wil blijven bijleren
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een technische opleiding (bv. elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar ervaring als storingstechnieker
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste
  • Kennis van onderhoudssystemen is mooi meegenomen
  • Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk met collega’s
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt mee met zowel techniek als productie
  • Je kan je werk goed organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken
