The posting

Voor een producent van buizen, koppelingen en toebehoren in Herentals, zoeken we een storingstechnieker.

Als storingstechnieker binnen de technische dienst rapporteer je aan de onderhoudssupervisor.

Je zorgt er mede voor dat stilstanden tot een minimum beperkt blijven en de installaties veilig en betrouwbaar functioneren

Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en hebt nauw contact met de productieafdeling, operatoren en andere techniekers.

Naast het oplossen van acute storingen, voer je ook correctief en preventief onderhoud uit en denk je proactief mee over structurele verbeteringen aan machines en processen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Raadplegen van werkbonnen en jezelf op de hoogte stellen van de opdracht en urgentie.
  • Lokaliseren, analyseren en verhelpen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan machines, installaties en nutsvoorzieningen.
  • Controleren en verbeteren van de technische staat van het machinepark.
  • Opzoeken van benodigde materialen en gereedschappen.
  • Meedenken over technische verbeterprojecten en verhogen van machinebetrouwbaarheid.
  • Uitvoeren van installatie- en aanpassingswerken aan technisch infrastructuur volgens uitvoeringsplan.
  • Bijstaan van externe techniekers tijdens hun interventies.
  • Ondersteunen bij ombouw, opstart en afstelling van productieapparatuur.
  • Naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften voor een correcte en veilige technische interventie van (defecte) installaties.
  • Bestuderen van uitvoeringsplannen en zorgen voor de correcte uitvoering ervan.

Het bedrijf zoekt iemand met dit profiel:

  • Beschikt over technisch diploma (elektromechanica, onderhoudstechnieken A2/A3 niveau of gelijkwaardig).
  • Goede kennis van elektriciteit, electronica, automatisering, mechanica en pneumatica.
  • Lezen elektrische, pneumatische & hydraulische schema's en mechanische tekeningen.
  • Basis PLC kennis (foutopsporing).
  • Kennis MS office.
  • Kennis van structurele fouten- en storingsanalyse.
  • Zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en efficiënt handelen onder tijdsdruk.
  • Bereid om bij te leren over nieuwe technologiën en machines.
  • Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken of permanentiedienst op te nemen .
  • Communicatief en klantgericht.
