Voor onze klant regio Sint-Niklaas zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Storingstechnieker in de 2 ploegen:

Jobomschrijving

Als Storingstechnieker maak je deel uit van de Maintenance & Engineering-afdeling. Samen met je team van 4 collega-techniekers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het machinepark en draag je bij aan de optimalisatie van productieprocessen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Samenwerken met een ervaren technicus in de beginfase om onze installaties en processen te leren kennen.
  • Storingen analyseren en verhelpen om productiestilstanden te minimaliseren.
  • Zelfstandig onderhoudswerken uitvoeren aan machines en installaties, met een focus op elektriciteit, mechanica en pneumatiek.
  • Actief meewerken aan investerings- en verbeterprojecten binnen het bedrijf.
  • Correct rapporteren over uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en voorstellen van verbeteringen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met operators en collega-technici om problemen efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in het onderhoud van een machinepark.
  • Sterke kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica en pneumatiek (basiskennis automatisatie en lassen is een plus).
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • In het bezit van een geldig BA4/BA5-certificaat.
  • Resultaatgericht, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk.
  • Ervaring met pc-software en Ultimo is een pluspunt.
  • Bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroege/late) te werken.
